Steamed Broccoli with Spicy Balsamic Dressing and Black Olives

Ingredients:
Broccoli:
- 1 1/2 lbs pounds broccoli, cut into small florets
- salt
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
Steam:
- broccoli over 1 inch water in Dutch oven. Cover and cook until tender and bright green, about 5 minutes.
Mix:
- dressing in large bowl, adding olives at end. Add broccoli and mix completely. Serve warm or cold.
