Shortbread
Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cream:
- butter, sugar and vanilla and then add dry ingredients.
- dough into buttered 9 x 13 baking pan.
Lightly:
- prick with fork to make design.
Bake:
- at 350 for 20-25 minutes until light golden brown.
