Cheddar Puffs

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
- 1/4 cup parmesan (optional)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Cream:
- butter, cheese, flour, until smooth in food processor. Knead to form soft dough and roll into 1 tsp balls.
- at 400 for 12 minutes. Enjoy! :)
