Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbs butter, melted
- 1 cup Franks
Preheat:
- oven to 400.
Cover:
- cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix:
- flour and spices together in Ziploc bag, and mix.
In a bowl:
- mix egg and milk.
Dunk:
- each chicken strip in egg/milk mixture, and then drop into Ziploc bag, shaking/mixing to cover completely. Place strips on baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Bake:
- 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove:
- sheet from oven, dunk each strip in Franks, and return to oven for another 3-5 minutes. OR, let each consumer drizzle Franks to taste at table.
