Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 cup Franks
Preheat:
  • oven to 400.
Cover:
  • cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Mix:
  • flour and spices together in Ziploc bag, and mix.  
In a bowl:
  • mix egg and milk.
Dunk:
  • each chicken strip in egg/milk mixture, and then drop into Ziploc bag, shaking/mixing to cover completely.  Place strips on baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Bake:
  • 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove:
  • sheet from oven, dunk each strip in Franks, and return to oven for another 3-5 minutes.  OR, let each consumer drizzle Franks to taste at table.
