Asian Snap Peas

Ingredients:
- 1 tbs peanut oil
- 1 lb sugar snap peas
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbs soy sauce, or tamari
Rinse:
- and remove stem and string from peas.
Place:
- peanut oil in wok or large skillet and heat on high. When begins to smoke, add peas and stir constantly, cooking until glossy, bright green, and being to show a few brown spots (about 5 minutes).
When:
- peas are almost done, add ginger and garlic, and stir for another minute or so.
Remove:
- from heat, and drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce.
