Cranberry Jezebel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 12 oz cranberries
  • 3 tbs prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
Combine:
  • water and sugars in medium saucepan.  Bring to a boil over medium heat; add cranberries.  Return to boil and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
Spoon:
  • into a bowl; let cool to room temperature.  Add horseradish and mustard, cover and chill.
