Pastrami
from Ellen's kitchen, thanks to Amazing Ribs.comIngredients:
- 4 lbs corned beef
- 4 tbs ground pepper
- 2 tbs ground coriander
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
Mix:
- dry ingredients and rub on cooked corned beef, letting sit in fridge overnight.
Put:
- in smoker at 230 degrees with smoking on for 2 hours. Turn smoke off and let cook in low temp oven/grill/smoker until meat reaches 190-200 degrees. Can take up to 12 hours.
Let:
- cool, and cut into really thin slices. Enjoy! :)
