Banana muffings
Banana Muffings aka Muffins

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Grape Nuts cereal
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/8 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup water
- large bowl, combine flours, sugar, dry milk, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the cereal and raisins.
In:
- another bowl, beat the eggs, and combine with the bananas, butter, and water. Add two together, stirring until the dry ingredients are just combined.
Grease:
- and flour a muffing pan. Spoon the batter evenly between the 12 cups.
Bake:
- 350 for 30-35 minutes or until tester inserted in the center of muffing comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto cooling rack.
