Dry Rub for Pork in Smoker
Dry Rub for Pork or Beef in Smoker (this will coat up to 6 lbs of pork ribs or 10 lbs pork shoulder or pork roast, or 10 lbs of round tip)

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/8 cup fresh ground pepper
- 1-2 tbs garlic powder (could use garlic salt, then just cut back on salt)
- 1-2 tbs onion powder (or dried chopped onion)
- 1 tbs cayenne powder
- 1/4 cup coarse salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Set:
- smoker to 230-250 degrees. Smoke for 2 hours, then wrap meat tightly in heavy tin foil. Slow cook for 9-10 hours total.
