Butterscotch Brownies |
Ingredients:
- 1/4 butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat:
- oven to 350. Grease 8 inch square baking pan.
- large bowl, mix butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
- separate bowl, mix flour, walnuts, baking powder, and salt. Slowly mix two together, stirring until well blended. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
- 20-24 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
