Oatmeal Peanut Butter Protein Bar or What Cavemen Ate Before Fire

- 120g of protein powder of choice
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk, milk, or water
- 5 tbsp. all-natural peanut butter
- Additional water may be used to fully mix the batter
- Mix until uniform and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Nutrition Facts (when cut into 8 approximately equal sized bars):
- 200 calories
- 7.2g fat
- 16.8g protein
- 16.9g carbs
Final result should be very chewy, sticky, and delicious
